The hardest habit for me would have to be #3 - view problems as challenges. I can get bogged down in the details sometimes.
The easiest (actually there are 1 and 1/2) are #4 - have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner; and #7 1/2 - play. Playing I can do!
